Windermere Downs has the only community lakefront lot on Lake Down, providing deeded Butler Chain of Lakes access to all WD homeowners. The lot boasts a natural white sand beach, a dock with gazebo, and a private boat ramp to launch watercraft. The 2-acre lot also provides plenty of green space for neighborhood events and family fun, with picnic tables, a bench swing, and lots of shade. The beach lot is for residents and their guests only and is secured by electronic access.
Our beach lot is located on Lake Down, part of the sought-after Butler Chain of Lakes. The deeded lake access gives you privileges to the entire chain through its canal system.

We have 2 tennis courts, one with pickle ball court lines. The courts are next to the Birch Tree park, a large, open green space with swings.
