Budget Vote 2025
BUDGET VOTE
Owners,
By now you should have received your budget mailer packet in the mail. If not, I have attached it here for your review.
I want to point your attention to the bottom of the budget as you will notice that your dues are not going up for FY25/26!
We will be using the same system for the budget vote as we did for the board elections in November, Vote HOA Now. On Friday you should receive an email inviting you to vote on the budget electronically. This will be a simple yes or no vote.
If you do not wish to vote electronically, then you can vote by proxy by sending the proxy vote to info@tridentmgmt.com or by appearing in person to vote on the budget on May 14th at 6pm at the beach lot. If you vote online, you do not need to turn in a proxy or come to the in-person vote.
Please note: If you send in a proxy in addition to voting online or in person, we will take whichever action is most recent. Please do not send in your proxy unless you will NOT be voting online or in person.
Next Board Meeting: Annual/Budget Meeting May 14, 2025 at the Beach Lot, 6-7pm

Neighborhood Events
Our community was founded in 1972 to create a safe and welcoming, family-friendly neighborhood. Windermere Downs is located in a beautiful natural setting on the Butler Chain of Lakes, with a lush tree canopy and deeded lake access. We have grown to 217 homes and continue to thrive as an active family community with a variety of custom-home styles.
Community Amenities
We are proud to offer a variety of amenities to our residents, including a our beautiful beach lot on Lake Down, the northernmost lake on the Butler Chain. Every lot in the HOA has deeded lake access. We also have 2 parks, a playground, 2 tennis courts (one with pickle ball lines), a beautiful old growth oak canopy, and a vast array of green spaces.
